Shipping Policy

All orders are packed and dispatched from our shop at 144 Upper Bukit Timah Road, 01-26 Beauty World Centre, Singapore 588177.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During festive periods such as Lunar New Year, processing may take an extra 1 to 2 days.

2. Singapore delivery

Standard delivery: SGD 6.00, arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Free for orders of SGD 110.00 and above.
Express delivery: SGD 15.00, arrives in 1 to 2 business days.

3. International delivery

Standard international: SGD 10.00, 3 to 5 business days in transit.
Expedited international: SGD 20.00, 1 to 2 business days in transit.

International transit times are estimates provided by the courier and do not include time held at customs.

4. Duties, taxes and customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Some countries restrict the import of food products, meat, dairy or agricultural goods. Please check your local regulations before ordering, as we cannot refund parcels seized or destroyed by customs.

5. Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves our warehouse. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Delivery problems

If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at hanchen.chang@hotmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the courier. Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

7. Food handling

Our products are shelf stable and packed to protect them in transit. Please move perishable or heat sensitive items indoors promptly after delivery and store them according to the instructions on the package.
