These terms govern your use of www.authentictaiwan.com and any purchase you make from Authentic Taiwan. By browsing or ordering from this store you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

The store is operated by Authentic Taiwan, 144 Upper Bukit Timah Road, 01-26 Beauty World Centre, Singapore 588177. References to we, us and our mean Authentic Taiwan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You confirm that the information you give us at checkout is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

We work to describe our products accurately, including ingredients, weight and packaging. Manufacturers may change recipes, packaging or country of origin without notice, so the item you receive may differ slightly from the photograph. Product images are for illustration. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, always read the label on the physical product before consuming it.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Singapore Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time before an order is placed. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered in the store. If a pricing error is discovered after you order, we will contact you and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or description error, if delivery to your location is restricted, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order we refund you in full.

6. Stock availability

Stock levels shown online are updated regularly but are not guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer a replacement, a partial refund or a full refund.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this store, including text, layout, logos and photographs we produce, belongs to Authentic Taiwan or its licensors. Brand names and packaging images belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, and not to interfere with the operation of the site.

10. Health and safety notice

Our products are food, beverage and personal care items. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Any traditional or herbal product is sold as a food or general merchandise item. Consult a qualified professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
