Ordinary sourcing has a maker chasing buyers with whatever it already produces. Reverse sourcing runs the other way: a qualified Taiwanese maker comes to us, and we provide a project we are already building — the brand, the packaging, the market and its SIGHTREAD® verification path — and we take it to shelf together. Suppliers find a project here; we supply the project.
Why it is reversed

Maker → chases → buyer
A factory sends its catalogue out and hopes a buyer picks something. The maker carries the sales risk and stays invisible behind whoever buys.
Project → handed to → maker
We are already building brands — 天穗 SPICA, 張記福麵 and more — that need a maker. We bring the finished project to a qualified maker, not a brief for them to fill.
Maker becomes a SIGHTREAD® supplier
You produce under the project’s brand and its SIGHTREAD® verification; we take it to market and into the unmanned-store system. Your production, carried into the market on a project that is already designed.

Co-produce & go to shelf
You produce under the project’s brand with its SIGHTREAD® verification; we take it to market. Scope, MOQ and terms are confirmed per project before anything is committed.
We do not publish maker identities, factory names or cost breakdowns — yours or anyone else’s. Becoming a SIGHTREAD® supplier means signing the Supplier Pledge; verification is earned, never bought.
