刪除台灣優品 App 帳號Delete your Authentic Taiwan app account
方法一：在 App 內刪除Method 1: in the app
我的 → 設定 → 刪除帳號，輸入驗證碼確認後立即刪除。Me → Settings → Delete account, then confirm with a one-time code. Deletion happens immediately.
方法二：不使用 AppMethod 2: without the app
寄 Email 至 support@authentictaiwan.com，寫明註冊手機號碼與「刪除 App 帳號」。我們確認身分後 7 天內完成，並回信通知。Email support@authentictaiwan.com with your registered mobile number and the words "Delete app account". We complete it within 7 days after verifying your identity and reply to confirm.
會刪除What is deleted
- 登入帳號（手機號碼登入）、推播權杖、行銷同意。Your sign-in account (mobile number sign-in), notification tokens and marketing consent.
- 未付款的 App 訂單會取消，預扣的點數退回。Unpaid app orders are cancelled and any points held for them are returned.
- 透過 App 加入的會員：姓名刪除、會員資格停用、未使用點數歸零。If you joined through the app: your name is deleted, the membership is closed and unused points are cancelled.
會保留What is kept
- 交易與點數紀錄，依新加坡稅務規定保存 5 年，期間不用於行銷或聯絡。Transaction and points records, kept for 5 years for Singapore tax purposes and not used for marketing or contact.
- 在門市或網店登記的會員資格與點數不受影響；如也要刪除，請在 Email 註明。A membership and points registered in store or on the web store are not affected; say so in your email if you want them removed too.
- 同一個登入帳號若也用於台灣優品的其他服務，只刪除本 App 的資料。If the same sign-in account is also used for other Authentic Taiwan services, only this app's data is deleted.
