FUN SQUEEZER helps students understand homework questions. It is operated by Authentic Taiwan (FELIX IMPEX PTE. LTD., UEN 201719144D), Singapore. Contact: support@authentictaiwan.com. Terms of use: /pages/fun-squeezer-terms.
What you give us and how we use it
- Questions you type or say. Used to find the questions and write the explanations you see.
- Photos and PDFs of homework. Sent over an encrypted connection so the questions can be read. Photos and PDFs are not saved in our database.
- What we keep. The question text we find, your follow-up messages and the answers, stored under a random session code so the conversation can continue and so we can improve quality and safety. We also keep the app or browser type and language setting with the session.
- Reports. When you tap Report this answer, that answer and your session code are saved so we can review it.
Accounts and your balance
- Free use needs no account. A few free questions a day work without signing in; to count them we keep a one-way scrambled code made from your network address, never the address itself.
- Website account (optional). If you create one, we keep your email address and a securely hashed password.
- App Store and Google Play apps. When you first top up, the app creates an account for this device only, with a random identifier. It holds no name or email. Its sign-in secret stays in the device's secure storage (iPhone Keychain or the Android Keystore) and is not included in backups.
- Balance and usage. We keep a ledger of your balance: each top-up, and each question with the credits it used.
- Deleting your account. You can delete any account—website or app—yourself in Settings (gear icon) in the app or on this website; deletion is immediate.
Payments
On the website, payment is handled by Shopify's checkout; we receive the order number, the amount and the payment status, never your card details. In the iPhone app, payment is handled by Apple through the App Store; in the Android app, by Google Play. From Apple or Google we receive the transaction or order number, the product, the price, the country of the store and, for refunds, the refund notice. We never see your card, Apple Account or Google Account details.
The AI that writes the answers
Questions, photos and PDFs you send, and the text of what you say, are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI model to write the explanation. Anthropic processes this for us under a commercial agreement, does not use it to train its models, and keeps it only for a limited time for safety and abuse monitoring (currently up to 30 days) before deleting it. The apps and the website ask for your agreement (version FS-CONSENT-20260926) before your first question; you can withdraw it in Settings, and without it FUN SQUEEZER will not send anything to the AI.
What we do not collect
No contacts, location, advertising identifiers or browsing history. No ads, no advertising or analytics SDKs, no tracking across other apps or websites. We do not sell data.
Voice, camera and files
Android app: voice is turned into text by your phone's speech recognition service only while you use Say it; the camera opens through your phone's camera app only when you tap Snap; only files you pick are read; permissions are internet access and microphone. iPhone app: speech is turned into text on the iPhone (on-device recognition where the iPhone supports it); the document scanner and photo picker only pass on the pages or photos you choose. In both apps we receive text, not recordings.
Who processes the data for us
Supabase (servers and database), Anthropic (AI explanations), Shopify (website and website checkout), and Apple or Google for purchases made in their stores. They process data only to provide FUN SQUEEZER.
Students
FUN SQUEEZER is designed for secondary-school students aged 13 and up; younger children should use it with a parent or teacher. Payments should be made by, or with the permission of, a parent or guardian. Please do not put names, faces, addresses or other personal details in photos or messages. Answers come from an AI character called "future you"; they are written to explain, never to mock you, and can be wrong—check them.
Keeping and deleting data
Questions, answers and reports are kept for 12 months after you last use FUN SQUEEZER (30 days for use without an account), then deleted automatically. Balance and payment records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. To delete everything now: in the iPhone app, Settings → Delete my account and data; in the Android app and on this website, the gear icon → Delete my account and data. This deletes your account, questions, answers, reports and device records at once; any remaining balance is forfeited. If you cannot sign in, email support@authentictaiwan.com with the date and time you used it and one of the questions; we will find and delete it.
Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). The database is only reachable by our servers. Every purchase is checked with Apple, Google or Shopify before any balance is added.
Changes
We will update this page when anything changes and show the new date at the top.

帳號與餘額：每天少量免費題數不需帳號；為了計數，我們只保留由網路位址單向打亂後的代碼，不保留位址本身。網站帳號為選用，建立時保存 Email 與加密雜湊後的密碼。App Store 與 Google Play 版在第一次加值時，才為這台裝置建立一個只有隨機代號的帳號，不含姓名或 Email，登入憑證只存在裝置的安全儲存區（iPhone 鑰匙圈或 Android Keystore），不會進入備份。我們保存餘額帳本：每次加值，以及每一題用掉的點數。任何帳號（網站或 App）都可以自己在設定（齒輪）刪除，立即生效。
付款：網站由 Shopify 結帳處理，我們只收到訂單編號、金額與付款狀態，看不到卡號。iPhone App 由 Apple（App Store）處理付款，Android App 由 Google Play 處理；我們從 Apple 或 Google 收到交易／訂單編號、商品、價格、商店國家，以及退款通知。我們看不到你的卡片、Apple 帳號或 Google 帳號資料。
寫出回答的 AI：你送出的題目、照片、PDF，以及你說的話轉成的文字，會傳給 Anthropic 的 Claude AI 模型來寫出解說。Anthropic 依商業合約代我們處理，不拿來訓練模型，只為了安全與防濫用保存一段有限時間（目前最多 30 天）後刪除。App 與網站在你送出第一題前會先徵求同意（版本 FS-CONSENT-20260926），你可以在設定撤回；未同意時不會把任何內容送給 AI。
不收集：不收集聯絡人、位置、廣告識別碼或瀏覽紀錄；沒有廣告、沒有廣告或分析 SDK、不做跨 App 追蹤、不販售資料。
語音、相機與檔案：Android App 的語音只在你使用「Say it」時由手機的語音辨識服務轉成文字；相機只在你按「Snap」時透過手機相機 App 開啟；只讀取你選的檔案；權限只有網路與麥克風。iPhone App 的語音在 iPhone 上轉成文字（支援的機型在裝置上完成）；文件掃描與照片選擇器只傳出你選的頁面或照片。兩個 App 我們都只收到文字、不收到錄音。
代我們處理資料的服務：Supabase（伺服器與資料庫）、Anthropic（AI 解說）、Shopify（網站與網站結帳），以及商店內購時的 Apple 或 Google，僅為提供 FUN SQUEEZER 而處理。
