These terms apply to FUN SQUEEZER on the website, the iPhone app and the Android app. FUN SQUEEZER is operated by Authentic Taiwan (FELIX IMPEX PTE. LTD., UEN 201719144D), Singapore ("we"). Contact: support@authentictaiwan.com. How we handle data: privacy notice.
1. Who can use it
FUN SQUEEZER is for students aged 13 and over. Anyone under 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission to use it, and purchases must be made by, or with the permission of, a parent or guardian.
2. What it is
FUN SQUEEZER explains homework and exam questions with the help of an AI model. Explanations are generated automatically and can be wrong or incomplete. Check important answers, and follow your school's rules about using help with homework and assessments. Please do not upload other people's personal information. Explanations are written by an AI character we call "future you". It explains and jokes about the question, never about you; if any answer does otherwise, tap Report this answer.
3. Free use and balance
- A small number of free questions is available each day; the number is shown in the app and can change.
- After that, each question is charged from your balance at the actual cost of the answers on that question, metered to S$0.001 and shown in S$. Finding the questions in a page and the follow-up steps on a question you have started are not charged separately; you are only charged when an answer is delivered.
- A balance is used only for FUN SQUEEZER. It is not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred, except where the law requires otherwise. It does not expire while FUN SQUEEZER is offered. If we ever close FUN SQUEEZER, we will give at least 30 days' notice.
4. Buying a balance
- Website: paid through Shopify's checkout. The price shown at checkout is final.
- iPhone app: paid through the App Store with your Apple Account. Android app: paid through Google Play with your Google Account. Store prices include the store's fee, so they are higher than the website price for the same balance.
- A balance is added only after the payment has been confirmed with Shopify, Apple or Google.
5. Refunds
For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com); for Google Play purchases, by Google Play under its refund policy. For website purchases, contact us at support@authentictaiwan.com. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the balance it added is removed. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law.
6. Fair use
Do not misuse FUN SQUEEZER: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated access, no reselling, and no content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual or harmful. We may limit or suspend access that breaks these terms. Tap Report this answer to flag any answer.
7. Your content and ours
You keep ownership of what you upload. You let us process it to provide FUN SQUEEZER, as described in the privacy notice. The FUN SQUEEZER name, design and software belong to us.
8. Liability
FUN SQUEEZER is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for results that depend on AI-generated explanations, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version and date are shown at the top, and we will ask again before a change applies to new purchases. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
10. Deleting your account
You can delete your account and data at any time in Settings (gear icon) in the apps or on the website. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone; any remaining balance is forfeited and is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.

3. 免費與餘額：每天有少量免費題數，數量顯示於 App 內並可能調整。之後每一題依該題回答的實際成本從餘額扣除，計到 S$0.001、以 S$ 顯示；找出題目與同一題的後續步驟不另計費，只有回答送達才會扣。餘額只能用於 FUN SQUEEZER，不是金錢、不能兌換現金、不能轉讓（法律另有規定者除外）；在 FUN SQUEEZER 提供期間不會過期；若日後停止服務，會至少提前 30 天通知。
4. 購買：網站透過 Shopify 結帳，結帳頁的價格即為最終價格。iPhone App 透過 App Store 以你的 Apple 帳號付款；Android App 透過 Google Play 以你的 Google 帳號付款。商店價格含商店手續費，因此同樣的餘額會比網站價格高。付款經 Shopify、Apple 或 Google 確認後才會加入餘額。
5. 退款：App Store 購買由 Apple 處理（reportaproblem.apple.com）；Google Play 購買依 Google Play 退款政策處理；網站購買請寄信到 support@authentictaiwan.com。購買被退款或拒付時，該筆加入的餘額會被扣回。本條款不限制你依法享有的權利。
6. 合理使用：不得濫用：不得嘗試破壞或灌爆服務、不得自動化存取、不得轉售，不得提交違法、仇恨、色情或有害內容。違反者我們可限制或停止其使用。任何回答都可以按「回報這個回答」。
7. 內容權利：你上傳的內容仍屬於你，你同意我們依隱私說明處理以提供服務；FUN SQUEEZER 的名稱、設計與軟體屬於我們。
8. 責任：服務依現況提供。在法律允許範圍內，我們不對間接損失或依賴 AI 解說所生的結果負責，總責任以你在索賠前 12 個月內支付的金額為上限。
9. 變更與準據法：條款可能更新，版本與日期標示於頁首；變更適用於新的購買前會再次徵求同意。本條款以新加坡法律為準據法。
10. 刪除帳號：你可以隨時在 App 或網站的設定（齒輪）刪除帳號與資料，立即生效且無法復原；剩餘餘額作廢、不退款（法律另有規定者除外）。

7. 内容权利：你上传的内容仍属于你，你同意我们依隐私说明处理以提供服务；FUN SQUEEZER 的名称、设计与软件属于我们。
