Referral Plan rules

These rules apply to every referral member of the Referral Plan. Joining the plan online means accepting the version of these rules shown at the time you joined. The version you accepted is recorded with your membership.
1. Who can join
- Anyone with a valid email address can join online. There is no application, no interview and no approval step.
- One referral membership per account.
- You join as an individual referral member. You do not represent Authentic Taiwan, compubility or SIGHTREAD, and you may not describe yourself as an agent, distributor or representative of any of them.
2. Your referral link
- On joining you receive a unique referral code and a referral link that opens authentictaiwan.com.
- Your code is yours alone. Do not share it in a way that misrepresents who you are or what compubility × SIGHTREAD does.
- We may issue a new code, or deactivate a code, where a code is being abused.
3. How a filed project is attributed
- When a visitor arrives through your referral link and a project is later filed and paid for, the referral code carried by that visit is recorded against that payment.
- Attribution is recorded at order level from the payment event, after the payment is verified as genuine. A filed project is only attributed once its payment is completed.
- Every attributed payment is written to a commission ledger entry under your referral code, showing the eligible amount, the rate and the commission calculated from them.
4. Commission terms
Published Rate: 20% per successful filed project — a filed project whose payment has been completed and verified.
Published Eligible payments: the registration payment and the project execution payment. The refundable development performance deposit does not earn commission, because it is a deposit that can be returned in full, not a fee. Ordinary shop orders are not filed projects. Where one payment covers both an eligible fee and something excluded, only the eligible part counts.
Published Basis: net. The 20% is calculated on the eligible amount itself, excluding shipping and tax.
The terms below have not yet been published. Until they are, commission is calculated and recorded as accrued, but no amount becomes payable and no payout is made.

When these terms are published, this page changes to a new version number, and the change applies to filed projects attributed after that version takes effect.
5. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks
If an attributed payment is refunded, cancelled or charged back, the attribution and its ledger entry are reversed, and the commission calculated on it is reversed with them.
6. Conduct
- No spam, no unsolicited bulk messaging, and no posting your link where the platform does not allow it.
- No paid search or advertising on Authentic Taiwan, compubility or SIGHTREAD brand terms.
- No impersonation of Authentic Taiwan, compubility, SIGHTREAD, their suppliers or their staff.
- No false claims about projects, products, origin, certification, health effects or availability.
- No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, redirects or any other artificial attribution.
7. Suspension
A referral membership may be suspended where these rules are broken, where attribution appears artificial, or where a payment dispute is being investigated. A suspended membership is shown as suspended on the Referral Plan page. Suspension is an exception handled case by case; it is never a step in joining.
8. Data
We record your email address, your referral code, the rules version you accepted and when you accepted it, clicks recorded on your code, payments attributed to your code and the ledger entries created from them. This is used to operate the Referral Plan. See the privacy policy.
9. Changes and ending the plan
These rules may be updated. Each update gets a new version number and date. Authentic Taiwan may close the Referral Plan; commission already accrued under a published version of section 4 is settled under that version.
