一句話版本：你寫的東西是你的。只有在你按下某個 AI 步驟時，才會把那一步需要的文字或照片送給 AI；我們不賣資料、不追蹤你、不用你的內容訓練模型。In one line: what you write is yours. Only when you tap an AI step do we send the text or photo that step needs to the AI. We do not sell data, we do not track you, and we do not train models on your content.
1. 我們處理哪些資料What we process

2. AI 怎麼處理你的資料How AI handles your data
- YOU WRITE 的 AI 由 Anthropic, PBC 的 Claude 提供。你按下某個 AI 步驟時，送出的是那一步需要的內容：你輸入的那句話、該節點的正文、你的帳本與面板，或你選的照片、檔案文字與影片畫面。YOU WRITE's AI is Claude by Anthropic, PBC. When you tap an AI step, we send what that step needs: your sentence, that node's prose, your ledgers and panel, or the photo, file text or video frames you picked.
- 不會送出：你的 Email、密碼、付款資料。Never sent: your email, password or payment details.
- 依 Anthropic 商業條款，API 資料不用於訓練模型，可能為安全審查暫存有限期間（依其政策通常在 30 天內刪除）。Anthropic 位於美國，因此這些內容會跨境傳輸。Under Anthropic's commercial terms, API data is not used to train models and may be kept briefly for safety review (under its policy usually deleted within 30 days). Anthropic is in the United States, so this content is transferred across borders.
- 第一次使用 AI 前，App 會跳出「AI 寫作資料使用說明」，按「同意並繼續」後 AI 才會啟動；不同意時，閱讀與手寫照常可用。App 內可在「我的 → App 設定」撤回同意。Before the first AI step the app shows the AI data notice; AI only starts after you tap Agree and continue. If you decline, reading and writing by hand still work. In the app you can withdraw consent under Me → App settings.
- AI 的輸入與輸出會經過自動安全篩查；被擋下時只記錄類別，不另存內容，該步不扣點。AI input and output pass automated safety checks; when something is blocked we log only the category, keep no extra copy, and do not charge for that step.
3. 第三方服務Third parties
- Anthropic：AI 運算，見上一節。Anthropic: AI processing, see above.
- Supabase：資料庫與伺服器運算，主機位於新加坡。Supabase: database and server compute, hosted in Singapore.
- Shopify：網頁版與網頁結帳。Shopify: the web version and web checkout.
- Apple App Store／Google Play：App 內購買與退款。Apple App Store / Google Play: in-app purchases and refunds.
- 印刷與物流夥伴：只在你送印時，收到印製所需的書稿與寄送資料。Printing and delivery partners: receive the manuscript and delivery details only when you order a printed book.
以上服務都受書面條款約束，只為提供 YOU WRITE 而處理你的資料，保護程度至少與本政策相同。Each of these providers is bound by written terms to process your data only to provide YOU WRITE, with protection at least equal to this policy.
4. 我們不做的事What we never do
- 不販售資料、不做跨 App 追蹤、App 內沒有廣告與廣告追蹤器。No selling of data, no cross-app tracking, no ads or ad trackers in the app.
- 不用你的內容訓練模型，也不公開你的內容。只有你按下「分享」時才會產生閱讀連結，拿到連結的人可以讀，你可以隨時停止分享。We do not train models on your content and never make it public on our own. A reading link exists only when you tap Share; anyone with the link can read it, and you can stop sharing at any time.
5. 你的權利Your choices
- 刪除帳號：App 內「我的 → App 設定 → 刪除帳號」，確認後立即刪除你的影子書、短篇、書、素材庫、版本快照、書稿與登入；會計帳本只留不含內容的交易編號。網頁版使用者可寫信到 support@authentictaiwan.com，用註冊 Email 提出，我們在 14 天內完成。Delete your account: in the app, Me → App settings → Delete account removes your shadow books, short pieces, books, library, snapshots, manuscripts and sign-in at once; the accounting ledger keeps only transaction numbers with no content. Web users can email us from the registered address and we complete it within 14 days.
- 刪除單一作品、匯出：每部作品都可以在 App 內刪除或匯出。Delete or export a single work: any work can be deleted or exported in the app.
- 回報 AI 內容：App 內的「回報 AI 內容」可回報任何 AI 產出。Report AI content: use Report AI content in the app for any AI output.
- YOU WRITE 不提供給 13 歲以下兒童使用。YOU WRITE is not directed to children under 13.
6. 安全Security
傳輸全程加密（HTTPS）；資料庫啟用列級權限，只有伺服器端可讀寫；AI 金鑰只放在伺服器端。All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS); the database uses row-level security with server-only access; AI keys live only on the server.
7. 變更Changes
政策變更會更新本頁的生效日。Changes update the effective date on this page.
