黑麥汁是一種輕度碳酸麥芽飲料，由黑麥、啤酒花釀製而成，發酵原理類似啤酒，然而在發酵後期便停止發酵，只將麥中的澱粉轉換為果糖，因此喝來有甜甜的滋味、啤酒的口感，卻不含酒精成分。
