台灣優品 App 使用條款Authentic Taiwan App Terms of Use
1. App 提供什麼What the app does
會員卡與點數、掃描或搜尋商品、線上付款、訂單紀錄，以及新到貨與優惠消息。要送貨到府時，App 會帶你到 authentictaiwan.com 網店結帳。Member card and points, scanning or searching for products, online payment, order history, and news on new arrivals and offers. For home delivery, the app takes you to checkout on the authentictaiwan.com web store.
2. 會員帳號Your membership
- 打開 App 就是會員，不必註冊。App 會在手機上產生一組裝置金鑰來辨識你。Opening the app makes you a member, with no sign-up. The app creates a device key on your phone to recognise you.
- 老會員可以用手機號碼登入，門市、網店、App 的點數會合在一起。只能使用你自己的手機號碼。Existing members can log in with their mobile number to bring store, web store and app points together. Use only your own mobile number.
- 請保管好你的手機：能打開這支手機上 App 的人，就能使用這個會員的點數。Keep your phone safe: anyone who can open the app on it can use that membership's points.
3. 點數Points
- 新會員送 300 點入會禮。消費每 S$1 累 1 點，門市、網店、App 都算。New members get 300 welcome points. You earn 1 point per S$1 spent in store, on the web store or in the app.
- 60 點折 S$1。單筆滿 S$30 才可折抵，每單最多折 120 點。60 points are worth S$1 off. Points can be used on orders of S$30 or more, up to 120 points per order.
- 點數不會過期，只能在台灣優品折抵，不能兌換現金，也不能轉讓。Points do not expire. They can be used only at Authentic Taiwan, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred.
- 訂單取消或退款時，該筆累積的點數會扣回，折抵的點數會退回。If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points it earned are taken back and the points used on it are returned.
- 點數規則可能調整，最新規則以 App「我的」頁面顯示為準。Points rules may change. The current rules are shown on the Me page in the app.
4. 購買與付款Buying and paying
- 價格以 App 顯示的新幣金額為準。Prices are the Singapore dollar amounts shown in the app.
- App 內付款在 HitPay 付款頁完成，可用 PayNow 或信用卡；我們收不到卡號。付款完成的畫面就是電子收據。In-app payments are made on HitPay's payment page by PayNow or card; we never receive card numbers. The payment confirmation screen is your electronic receipt.
- 付款時間過期的訂單會自動取消，預扣的點數會退回。Orders not paid in time are cancelled automatically and any points held for them are returned.
- 送貨訂單在網店結帳，運費在結帳頁計算，由 Ninja Van 配送，並適用網店的運送政策。Delivery orders are placed on the web store. Shipping is calculated at checkout, delivery is by Ninja Van, and the web store's shipping policy applies.
5. 退款Refunds
退款適用退款政策。需要協助時，請附訂單編號寫信到 support@authentictaiwan.com。依法享有的消費者權利不受本條款影響。Our refund policy applies. For help, email support@authentictaiwan.com with your order number. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
6. 商品資訊Product information
成分、過敏原與保存方式，以商品實際包裝標示為準。For ingredients, allergens and storage, the label on the actual product applies.
7. 通知Notifications
新到貨與優惠通知只在你同意後才會發送，可隨時在「我的」關閉。New arrival and offer notifications are sent only with your consent. You can turn them off at any time under Me.
8. 不可以做的事What you may not do
- 使用別人的手機號碼或會員身分。Use someone else's mobile number or membership.
- 以不正當方式取得或轉售點數，或攻擊、破解 App 與伺服器。Obtain or resell points improperly, or attack or tamper with the app or our servers.
違反時，我們可以撤銷不當取得的點數並停用該會員資格。If you do, we may cancel the points improperly obtained and suspend the membership.
9. 刪除帳號Deleting your account
你可以隨時在 App 內或依刪除帳號頁刪除帳號。透過 App 加入的會員，未使用的點數會歸零。個人資料的處理方式見隱私權聲明。You can delete your account at any time in the app or through the account deletion page. If you joined through the app, unused points are cancelled. See the privacy notice for how personal data is handled.
10. 責任範圍Liability
App 依現況提供，可能因維護或網路問題暫時無法使用。在法律允許的範圍內，營運者不對間接損失負責。法律規定不得排除的責任不受影響。The app is provided as is and may be unavailable at times for maintenance or network reasons. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses. Liability that cannot be excluded by law is not affected.
11. 準據法Governing law
本條款適用新加坡法律。從 App Store 下載的使用者，本條款是你與營運者之間的約定，不是與 Apple 的約定；Apple 標準 EULA 中未與本條款衝突的部分同樣適用。These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, these terms are between you and the operator, not Apple, and Apple's Standard EULA also applies where it does not conflict with them.
12. 變更Changes
本條款更新時會在此頁公告並更新生效日。Changes are posted on this page with a new effective date.
