紅線翻過鳳梨丘陵，把小優拉到關廟，阿削師說給她聽：「麵粉、鹽和水，就這樣。剩下的交給太陽！」最後送小優一個小竹篩：「以後我們就是朋友了！」
The red thread turns north past the pineapple hills to Guanmiao, where A Xiao Shi tells Xiao You: "Flour, salt and water, that's all we are. The sun does the rest!" At the end, a little sieve for her: "We are friends now!"

圓滾滾的麵條身體、頭上一頂竹篩帽，再繫上靛藍小圍裙，阿削師把關廟正午的太陽，變成可以收藏、也可以帶出門的角色。阿削師是《小優遊台灣》第 9 集裡，小優在關廟認識的公仔朋友。

Meet A Xiao Shi, a little noodle master inspired by the sun-dried noodles of Guanmiao, Tainan. A round body of folded noodle strands, a bamboo-sieve hat and an indigo apron give this original Authentic Taiwan design its sunny personality. He is the friend Xiao You makes in Episode 9 of Xiao You Around Taiwan, in Guanmiao.
