寫作跑道怎麼用？How does the writing runway work?
說一句你想寫的，或選一張照片。跑道先幫你減到一句核心，再生成這部作品專用的三個方向、帳本與自查清單；你一個節點一個節點寫，卡住時按「下一筆」。Say one sentence about what you want to write, or pick a photo. The runway reduces it to one core sentence, then builds three directions, ledgers and a self-check for this work; you write node by node and tap Next stroke when stuck.
點數怎麼算？How do points work?
只有 AI 步驟扣點，依實際用量計算；手寫、閱讀、整理不扣點。AI 失敗或被安全規則擋下時不扣點。點數不過期，網頁與 App 共用。Only AI steps use points, charged by actual use; writing, reading and organising are free. Failed or blocked AI steps are not charged. Points never expire and are shared between the web and the app.
買了點數沒入帳？Bought points but they didn't arrive?
重新開啟 App，系統會自動補登。仍未入帳時，寫信附上 Apple／Google 收據的訂單編號。Reopen the app and it will retry automatically. If the points are still missing, email us with the order number from your Apple or Google receipt.
退款Refunds
App 內購買的退款由 Apple（reportaproblem.apple.com）或 Google Play 處理；網頁購買請寫信給我們。退款成立後，該筆點數會撤回。Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play; for web purchases, email us. Once refunded, those points are reversed.
AI 同意與撤回AI consent
第一次使用 AI 前會看到「AI 寫作資料使用說明」。App 內可在「我的 → App 設定」撤回；撤回後 AI 不再啟動，手寫照常可用。You see the AI data notice before your first AI step. In the app, withdraw it under Me → App settings; AI then stops, and writing by hand still works.
刪除帳號Delete your account
App 內「我的 → App 設定 → 刪除帳號」，輸入「刪除」確認後立即刪除。網頁版使用者請用註冊 Email 寫信給我們，14 天內完成。In the app: Me → App settings → Delete account, then type the confirmation word. Web users can email us from the registered address and we complete it within 14 days.
回報 AI 內容Report AI content
有 AI 產出的畫面都有「回報 AI 內容」，選原因送出即可，我們會人工複查。Every screen with AI output has Report AI content; pick a reason and send it, and a person will review it.
