Shufang Studio Terms of Use (EULA)
What Shufang Studio does
Shufang Studio is a writing tool. At its core is the writing runway: reduce what you want to write to one core sentence, then add, step by step, directions, ledgers and self-checks that serve it. The AI points out where the next step could go; it does not write your prose. When you finish you can make it a book, export it, or on the web bind an Heirloom Book plan and print a hardcover.
2. 帳號Accounts
You can try writing as a guest without signing up. Once you sign up, your work and points follow your account across devices and the web. Keep your sign-in details safe.
Your content
You own the material you enter and everything you write.
You allow us to store and process your content only as needed to run the service, and to send what an AI step needs to our AI provider when you tap it. We do not train models on your content and never make it public.
When you write about real people, such as your family, be respectful of them; do not include other people's ID numbers, account numbers or similar sensitive data.
4. AI 產出AI output
AI output can be wrong; review it before you use it.
The AI will not help with sexual content involving minors, explicit sexual content, real-world instructions for violence or self-harm, or hate speech. Such steps are blocked and not charged; writing by hand still works.
Any AI output can be reported in the app with Report AI content; a person reviews it.
Points and purchases
Point packs and plans are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal and no automatic charges.
AI steps are charged by actual use; if an AI step fails, its points are refunded automatically. Points never expire, can only be used in Shufang Studio, and cannot be cashed out or transferred.
In-app purchases are charged by Apple or Google and refunds follow that store's rules; web purchases go through Shopify checkout. Points bought on the web work in the app, and vice versa.
If an order is refunded, cancelled or charged back, its points and benefits are reversed; a printed book cannot be cancelled once sent to print.
What you may not do
Use Shufang Studio to create or spread content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, or listed in section 4.
Use it as a general chatbot, bypass points or safety measures, or access it in bulk by automated means.
If you breach these terms we may remove the content and stop your access.
Deletion and termination
You can delete your account in the app at any time or ask us by email. Once deleted, your work cannot be recovered and any remaining points end with it.
Liability
Shufang Studio is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law the operator is not liable for indirect losses. Keep your own copies of important work (use Export).
9. 準據法Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. For App Store users, Apple's Standard EULA also applies where it does not conflict with these terms.
